Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Beefurb account, select your order from the history tab, and click the 'Request Return' button to receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your electronic device to remove all personal data and securely pack it in its original packaging along with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
